How Can I Become A Christian? Becoming a Christian is the most important decision you will ever make. It should not be confused with your nationality, church attendance, religious tradition, or family upbringing.  Rather, it involves your willingness to trust Jesus Christ for your salvation. The following steps are involved:

1. Realize God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life. (John 3:16; 10:10)

2. Recognize that you are a sinner who has fallen short of God’s requirements and is separated from Him. (Romans 3:10-12; Isaiah 59:2)

3. Remember that Christ died for your sins and offers you salvation and forgiveness. (Romans 5:7,8; 6:23)

4. Receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior by confessing your sins to Him and asking Him to become both Savior and Lord of your life. (Romans 10:9) While this commitment to become a Christian is between you and God, we would like the joy of knowing about your decision on this eternally important matter.
